Know Your Limits

Set Limits! 

On Rabbet, every user can set their own limits. You do this on your Profile, in the Setting section.

Please note, that decreases on set limits can be made at any time and will take effect immediately. If you wish to increase a limit you must first wait until the previous limit expires.

 

Self-Exclusion 

Persons with a gambling problem may enroll in either or both of the following programs administered by the National Gaming Board. The Problem Gambling Registry was created under the Video Gaming Administrative Code, but provides helpful information that would be useful to anyone with a gambling problem.

Self-Exclusion Program

Persons must enroll in the Self-Exclusion Program in person at various sanctioned enrollment sites throughout your state. In addition to New Jersey locations, there are Self-Exclusion enrollment sites across the nation. It will take about 30 to 45 minutes to complete the enrollment process. All Self-Exclusion candidates must bring a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card with them to complete the process.

 

Problem Gambling Registry

You may immediately enroll in the Video Gaming Problem Gambling Registry using the Problem Gambling Registry System. After you submit your information, you will receive an email containing a link you will use to verify your email address. You will not be enrolled until you verify your email address. You may use the Problem Gambling Registry System to cancel your enrollment at any time. for more information please click here.

Enrollment sites are not compensated for participating in the Self-Exclusion Program and no fees are charged for enrolling in the Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program for Problem Gamblers.

Reset your password

If you forget your account password, or you suspect that any unauthorized person may have access to it, you should immediately notify us. You can always reset you password at any time by clicking any “Forgot password” link available on our login page. We will send a password reset link to the email address associated with your account. In the email, you will receive a six-digit OTP (“One-Time Passcode”) unique to your request. You will need to enter that OTP within the app when prompted to verify that you are requesting a password change.
