If you'd like to permanently delete your Rabbet account, you can do so directly from within the app. Follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Navigate to Settings through your profile or the side menu on the Marketplace.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Select a Reason for Account Deletion.
  4. Enter your account's current password.
  5. Tap "Yes, Delete My Account."

Your account will be marked for deletion and permanently deleted after 30 days. During this period you will not be able to use the app. After 30 days, all account data will be removed and cannot be recovered.

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure your Rabbet Cash and Rabbet Karrots balances are $0.00 before deleting your account. Any funds remaining in an account at the time of deletion will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
